Our heroes try, but are unable to extinguish a dangerous
fire, until the local fire brigade — a trained team of Wartortles — arrives and squelches the flames. As a second
fire rages, however, Team Rocket abducts the Wartortles, leaving Ash, Misty, Brock, and their Pokemon to somehow save the
nearby town from a fiery end. |

Episode 2 (Season 3) - Pokemon Food Fight
When a defective Pokeball prevents Ash from recalling his
Snorlax, he and his young friends must somehow heft this Pokemon's slumbering mass over a mountain pass to the nearest Pokemon

Episode 3 (Season 3) - Pokemon Double Trouble
Ash is anxious to square off against the Gym Leader who holds
the final badge of the Orange League. But then he learns that this Gym Leader is none other than the kindly townswoman who

Episode 4 (Season 3) - The Wacky Watcher
On their way to the Winner's Cup tournament, a strange research
submarine overtakes our heroes, and its eccentric pilot recruits them as assistants in an elaborate project researching Magikarp
evolution. However, Team Rocket surfaces, disrupting the research entirely and making off with the Magikarp. |

When a chance encounter with a Vileplume leaves Ash and Tracey

As if a gym battle with a Dragonite isn't challenge enough
for one day, Team Rocket secretly surveys the weakened state of Ash's battling Pokemon and plots to turn the situation to

It's piracy on the open seas and Ash and friends must rescue
a local school of Lapras from would-be poachers, but how can they be of help when the Lapras, conditioned to fear humans,

A failed experiment has left a town a virtual wasteland,
overrun with Electrodes. Ash and friends lend a hand in ongoing efforts to extricate these explosive Pokemon, until Team Rocket

Episode 10 (Season 3) - A Tent Situation
Ash returns home, where he is pleasantly surprised by an
old friend. Unfortunately he faces a new trial, as Team Rocket has besieged the famous Oak Laboratory and captured all the
Pokeballs there. |

Episode 11 (Season 3) - A Rivalry Revival
An errand of Professor Oak's sets Ash on the road once again,
but first he must face his old hometown rival, Gary, in a Pokemon battle. |

Ash begins his journey in Johto, a largely unexplored region
said to be thickly populated with Pokemon entirely new to him and his friends. |

Episode 13 (Season 3) - The Double Trouble Header
In a Pokemon battle, Ash soundly defeats an ambitious young
Trainer, who runs away dejectedly. Before Ash can comfort the novice, though, Team Rocket steps in, convincing the girl that
Ash won by foul play, and recruiting the her to their cause. |

Episode 14 (Season 3) - A Sappy Ending
Ash and friends discover a forest where invading Pinsirs
are causing heavy deforestation. Investigation reveals the root of the problem: Team Rocket is carelessly harvesting sap from
a nearby woods, thereby upsetting the balance of nature. |

Episode 15 (Season 3) - Roll On, Pokemon!
Ash and friends stumble into a small valley where Donphan
are used to harvest precious stones. Not so fortunate are the valley's residents, as Team Rocket is on the heels of Ash and
his friends and are already hatching a plan to steal the stones for themselves. |

Who would be foolish enough to brave a thick forest in the
dead of night without a Hoothoot guide? Certainly not Ash Ketchum, but when he settles for the only guide available —

Our heroes must help prepare an insecure Bellossom dance
troupe for their upcoming exhibition — a chore that's further complicated when Team Rocket attempts to steal the show

Ash and friends reach a new town and hear of three mysterious
robbers apparently mimicking the crimes of a legendary master thief. The town rests its hopes in these young Trainers to somehow
stop this criminal duo and their Meowth accomplice. |

Episode 19 (Season 3) - Snubbull Snobbery
With pet food prepared by a French chef, rooms of WalkMaster
exercise equipment and closets stocked with the latest in Pokemon fashion, life couldn't be much better for a Palm Hills Snubble.
When Team Rocket sets their sights on the upper crust, though, this pampered Pokemon will have to find an inner strength or
risk losing its home. |

Episode 20 (Season 3) - The Little Big Horn
Brock saves a lost and frightened Stantler fawn and carefully
nurses it back to health before releasing it. Little does he know that Team Rocket lies hidden nearby, waiting to capture
the defenseless fawn. |

Ash encounters a wild Chikorita and engages it in battle,
thinking to add it to his team, but as Team Rocket watches the battle from afar, they decide the Chikorita would be better

Professor Oak's errand — to deliver the mysterious
GS Ball to a Pokeball expert — is interrupted when a Quagsire with a penchant for spherical objects steals the GS ball
for use in a nocturnal ritual. |

Episode 23 (Season 3) - The Whistle Stop
When Team Rocket attacks Ash and his friends, a brave young
Trainer and her flock of Ledyba come to the rescue. With a bolt of electricity, Pikachu makes quick work of Team Rocket, but
they look to capture a prize anyway: the same bolt from Pikachu sends one of the Good Samaritan's Ledyba flying right into
their clutches. |

Episode 24 (Season 3) - Ignorance is Blissey
Team Rocket can't believe their luck when the Blissey employed
in a Pokemon Center willingly gives them the center''s entire food supply. As they abscond with the grub, however, an collective
pang of conscience tells them to return their ill-gotten booty. However, they are ashamed lest this act of decency ruin their
carefully cultivated reputation as troublemakers. |

Our heroes are recruited as guest instructors at a youth
Pokemon Academy, where Ash does his best as an educator until one of his pupils takes an overly ardent interest in Ash''s

find its dragon denizens anything but cordial. Judged weak, and denied entrance to the valley, Charizard is left more dejected
than ever. |

The annual Sunflora contest is only a day away and yet our

With Charizard gone and no fire Pokemon to call his own,
Ash is overjoyed to come across a Cyndaquil in the wild. Before Ash captures the little Pokemon, though, he'll have to face

Episode 37 (Season 3) - A Shadow of a Drought
Ash carelessly makes enemies of the Slowpoke-worshipping

Ash delivers the mysterious GS Ball to a renowned Pokemon

When Ash reaches the Hive Gym, he has just the Pokemon to

An inexperienced young Trainer mistakenly scares off his
own Farfetch'd. Ash and friends are happy to help, but will have to find it before Team Rocket, their stomachs as empty as

Episode 41 (Season 3) - Tricks of the Trade
At the Pokemon Swap Meet, our heroes befriend a young Pokemon
trainer who's having difficulties finding a trading partner willing to accept his Wobbuffet. When Jessie inadvertently deposits
her Pokeball across from his in the exchanger, this young trainer gets more than he had bargained for. |

Episode 42 (Season 3) - The Fire-ing Squad
Team Rocket attempts to steal all the water Pokemon from
the annual Fire and Rescue Grand Prix but they turn up all-wet when Ash's Squirtle leads his old gang, The Squirtle Squad

Episode 43 (Season 3) - No Big Woop
Ash and friends enthusiastically volunteer to watch over
a troubled trainer's school of Wooper, but as always Team Rocket interferes, this time hoping to use the Wooper's soothing
qualities to pacify Giovanni. |

Episode 44 (Season 3) - Tunnel Vision
While Ash and friends deliberate on how to pass through a
tunnel replete with Onix, two wandering Pokemon-a Snubbull and a Jigglypuff-arrive on the scene together and take a strong
enough dislike to each other to threaten drawing everyone else into their conflict. |

Episode 45 (Season 3) - Hour of the Houndour
Investigating a string of mysterious thefts, our heroes discover
a pack of Houndour, struggling to survive in the wild. In order to help these thieving Pokemon mend their ways, though, Ash

Ash and Misty's friendly rivalry is tested when they both
try to capture a Totodile at the same time. Unable to determine whose Pokeball had captured the wild Pokemon, the two must

When Ash and friends hear of a virtually undefeatable trainer
operating nearby, they seek her out, only to see first Brock's Vulpix and then Ash's Cyndaquil take heavy abuse from her Skarmory-despite

Episode 48 (Season 3) - Love, Totodile Style
Ash's Totodile falls head over tail for a passing Azumarill,
but is still unsuccessful in having its feelings requited when Team Rocket kidnap the Pokemon before Totodile's eyes. |

Ash has his sights set on a rare and brightly-colored Noctowl,
but this Pokemon's hypnosis leaves Ash's team unable to tell reality from illusion, much less stand up to another Pokemon

When an Ursaring attack leaves Team Rocket and our heroes
in compromising positions, compromise they do, members of each team being paired with members of the other. But such a pairing
one would guess to be doomed from the start… and one would be right this time. |

Episode 51 (Season 3) - The Psychic Sidekicks
Our heroes come to a town whose residents all raise Psychic
Pokemon to repel the Ghost Pokemon that lurk nearby. Soon thereafter, Team Rocket makes its appearance in a Ghost Pokemon
machine impervious to Psychic attacks, and begins to steal all the town's Pokemon. |

A Pokemon Fortune Telling boom turns out to be a Team Rocket
plot to steal Pokemon from local trainers. The engineers of this plot, though, are not the Team Rocket regulars, but by the
formidable Butch and Cassidy. |
